Resident Satisfaction Survey

A survey of a sample of adult residents in the borough to ascertain their satisfaction with the council and its services. In addition we may also wish to test the views of a smaller sample of 250 young people aged 11-17 years. A complete analysis of the results cross-tabulated by key demographic and geographic groups. Both the results in the form of data tables, and the analysis in graphical and narrative form in a report must be provided. Both the report and the data tables should be appropriate for placing in the public domain. These should be available to Merton Council by 27 March 2017.
