Contractor to supply energy performance certificates for domestic dwellings. Derby Homes to appoint the contractor initially for the 3 years contract with further possibility of a 2 years extension to the contract. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
