DHSC: FIN: 2024 External Valuations for DHSC Investments

The Department of Health and Social Care has four investments that it requires independent valuation on a three yearly basis to comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as applied by the HM Treasury's Financial Reporting Manual (FReM).

To fulfil the Department's requirement for independent valuation the Department requires professional, external market valuation for four of its investments in: 1. Community Health Partnerships LIMITED 2. NHS Property Services LIMITED 3. Genomics ENGLAND LIMITED
