## Description

The online counselling service to be accessed anonymously, will support the emotional well-being and mental health of adult education staff \(18\+\) by improving access to evidence-based and best-practice mental health services and support using digital technology built around the needs and views of service users; Complementing existing mental health support available to school staff in Barnet; Providing an early response to emotional well-being and/or emerging mental health needs, thus preventing mental health issues from escalating and reaching crisis; Directing individuals in a mental health crisis to appropriate immediate support\.
