Evaluation of Mentoring Training

The Education and Training Foundation is seeking a tenderer to deliver an independent process evaluation for Department for Education (DfE) grant-funded further education (FE) workforce development in the mentoring programme area. The evaluation will consider participants' perceptions of how the programme affects their professional practice, provider performance and learner outcomes. It will compare the effectiveness of different programme strands in meeting the programme objectives, recommend improvements to strengthen programme quality and maximise impact, and inform future programme investment and design decisions. This is a market engagement activity for the Evaluation of Mentoring Training.
