THIS IS AN AWRD NOTICE ONLY NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION. A new Research Facility is currently being built for the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) at the Advanced Manufacturing Park in Rotherham. The new facility sits in 1.417 acres of land which comprises access, parking, landscaping, services and other infrastructure. The Research Facility is a single building of circa 2,069.5 sqm. Building layout plans are supplied in the tendering documents. Summary of Work UKAEA is looking for a range of Facilities Management services to support this new facility covering: Maintenance services, Cleaning services, Waste, recycling, Grounds maintenance, pest control and Security services.
