This Provider shall deliver a service that meets the needs of those People on Probation who have chaotic lifestyles, lack direction and find it difficult to engage with support services to break the cycle of reoffending and who are managed on our Integrated Offender Management \(IOM\) cohort in Greater Manchester Probation Service\.
