## Description

Technical production services for Live at The Lodge 2025 Festival, Frimley Lodge Park, Surrey\. Live at the lodge is a 3000 capacity music festival to be held on 2nd-3rd August 2025 at Frimley Lodge Park, Sturt Road, Frimley Green, Surrey, GU16 6HY\. This tender is for companies to provide all production for the event \(with the exception of programming Artistes\) including stage, lighting, sound, power, fencing, floodlighting, radio comms etc\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
