NOTE: This notice was updated on 14 December 2021 for the following reason: closing date ammended(External and communal area painting work to a two storey complex of 34 leasehold flats.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. It is anticipated that works will commence in April 2022 and take approximately 4 weeks.
