Award Notice for a Masterplan for Hartlepool Town Centre & Investment Plan

Award Notice for the appointment of a multi-disciplinary team to develop a Masterplan that renews and reshapes Hartlepool Town Centre in a way that improves experience, drives growth and ensures future sustainability. The Masterplan will form the basis of a bid to the Future High Streets Fund in 2020. This commission also involves developing a well-evidenced Town Investment Plan in response to Hartlepool being selected as one of 100 places that have been invited to develop proposals for a Town Deal.
