## Description

Test Valley Borough Council \(TVBC\) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake two related studies to support the preparation of the Test Valley Borough Local Plan 2040\. The two studies should be prepared by one contractor\. The first study comprises undertaking an assessment of the local gaps in the Borough, as defined in the adopted local plan, including the function and boundaries of the local gaps, and will include a review of the existing policy\. The second study comprises undertaking an assessment of the landscape sensitivity and capacity of potential sites for development allocations\.
