## Description

Cornwall Council wishes to put in place a new contract to ensure that there is a Cornwall Brussels Office to cover the Brexit transition period to support our efforts to define our place within the new UK/EU relationship\. Providing that there is a UK/EU deal and therefore a transition period, CIoS will continue to receive and implement EU funds until the end of 2023\. Having a Cornwall Brussels Office in place will ensure that we have a channel through which we can engage directly with EU stakeholders on funding issues during this period\.
