## Description

The British Government is committed to reducing the carbon footprint of its operations worldwide\. As part of this commitment, it is planning to install a PV system at the Embassy complex in Amman\. The British Embassy Amman site is located in west Amman at an elevation of around 875m AMSL\. The site is a single compound containing a number of separate buildings \(main embassy building, visa processing, guardhouses, facilities etc\) as well as several parking areas and a recreation area \(football pitch, swimming pool, clubhouse and creche etc\)\.
