GB-Colchester: Mile End Pavilion

Colchester Borough Council requires an experienced contractor to refurbish and upgrade the existing Mile End Sports Pavilion, located in Fords Lane, Colchester. The works will also include creating further covered accommodation as detailed within the specification.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Expressions of interest must be registered via the Delta e-Sourcing portal by 17:00 hours on Friday 6th October 2017. Tenders must be submitted by 12:00 (noon) on Wednesday 11th October 2017.
