## Description

Colchester Borough Council requires an experienced contractor to refurbish and upgrade the existing Mile End Sports Pavilion, located in Fords Lane, Colchester\. The works will also include creating further covered accommodation as detailed within the specification\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
