Amber Valley Borough Council (AVBC) - Electrical Remedial Works

Following routine periodic testing , electrical defects have been identified that require rectification/upgrading as necessary to ensure the Council's building assets are fully compliant with current IET (BS 7671) regulations.

AVBC is seeking a suitably qualified professional contractor to undertake the necessary works to a high quality in an efficient manner with minimal disruption to the Councils services.

The competitive quote sought, is for a lump sum price to be fully inclusive of parts and labour. The works will need to be guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months .

Applicants will need to complete and comply with a Suitability Assessment (SA) as part of the procurement process.

Applicants will need to enter their price per site and provide a total lump sum price/quote of all the sites within the pricing template attached. Please note that all sites are located within the Borough.

Additional information: The quote and the completed SA needs to be returned via email no later 12.00 noon on Friday 25th October 2019.

Site visits can be arranged to some of the sites via contacting the author (as some sites are currently tenanted, it may not be possible to gain access to all the properties listed before the return date-future access arrangements will be made via AVBC) :
