LPS CARE ACS - Provision of Extra Care Services in Sheltered Housing, Lancashire

Lancashire County Council (LCC) is inviting tenders for the provision of Extra Care services at 12 sheltered housing locations within Lancashire.

The tender comprises 8 Lots:

- Lot 1: North - Croft Court (Freckleton) and Stanner Lodge & Bowness Avenue (Lytham St Annes)

- Lot 2: North - Torentum Court (Thornton Cleveleys)

- Lot 3: North - Parkside Court (Morecambe) & Beck View (Lancaster)

- Lot 4: East - Hyndbrook House and Kirk House (Accrington)

- Lot 5: East - St Annes Court (Clitheroe) and Plessington Court (Longridge)

- Lot 6: Central - Bannister Brook and Greenwood Court (Leyland)

- Lot 7: Central - Ainscough Brook (Ribbleton, Preston)
