## Description

This Request for Quote \(RFQ\) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Quote for the Tennis coaching In Brent Parks contract opportunity\. The successful Bidders will be awarded a 24 month Licence with possible 12 month extension \. This contract will commence on 09th November 2021 \. This Agreement shall supersede and replace existing agreements and understandings currently in place between Brent Council and Coaches currently operating on these sites\. The quotation has been divided into 8 lots\. Bidders are invited to submit for one, some or all lots\. Lot 1 Alperton Sports Ground Tennis Courts Lot 2 Chelmsford Square Tennis Courts Lot 3 Eton Grove Tennis Courts Lot 4 King Edwards Park Wembley Tennis Courts Lot 5 Preston Park Tennis Courts Lot 6 Roe Green Tennis Courts Lot 7 Woodcock Park Tennis Courts Lot 8 Vale Farm Tennis Courts Please see the specification in Part 3 for more information\. The Authority may award services contract\(s\) for one, some or all lots following a compliant procurement process\. This will allow flexibility not to award any Lot due to unforeseen circumstances and continue awards for the remaining lots\.
