UKBIC is embarking on a comprehensive transformation of its manufacturing processes and data management capabilities. As part of this process, we want to appoint a supplier than can provide a comprehensive solution for the following tasks:\r \r We are looking to replace our current MES system. Due to the nature of the type of work that we do at UKBIC and the differing levels of product maturity it is vital that we can give our customers as much information as possible about their products movement whilst in our facility.\r \r This Project is split into 3 LOTS\r \r LOT 1\r a. Replacement of our existing Manufacturing Execution System (MES)\r b. Implementation of a Process Historian\r c. Integration of an ETL layer\r d. Development of a robust Data Analysis/Visualization package\r \r LOT 2\r a. Deployment of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)\r \r LOT 3\r a. Discrete Event Simulation.\r b. Finite Element Analysis.\r c. Discrete Element Modelling.\r d. Computational Fluid Dynamics in particular Finite Volume Method.
