Mobile Application Development - Berneslai Homes

An App is required for Berneslai Homes front line housing staff to be able to capture information digitally on a mobile device removing the paper process they currently have. A supplier will be required to build a solution on the Android platform so that it can be used on corporate smartphone or tablet devices controlled by mobile device management software, MobileIron. Clean and well-designed e-forms will be used to view and capture customer data while out in the field. The forms will interact with Northgate Housing Management System (using APIs) and a copy of official documents, with customer signature and photograph captured, will be stored within the relevant 'house file' in SharePoint 2013. Forms will need to be prepopulated with selected customer data which can be amended as required. The application must have off-line functionality where 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi is not available so that records can be updated once an adequate connection is established. Customers must be able to access the completed documents securely so they have a copy of the official documentation.
