Description
An RfQ was developed to commisson an organisation to be the distinct smart energy systems cluster lead for the West Midlands. The primary objective shall be to represent, promote, and advance the interests of the smart energy systems cluster in line with and building on our existing Steering Group structure. The innovation and business growth aspect can add most value in this commission, setting out the opportunities and needs of different types of smart energy systems businesses to innovate, move up value chains and ultimately become more productive.
