Tunbridge Wells Borough Council \(TWBC\) and Sevenoaks District Council \(SDC\) together are inviting tenders from suitably experience planning and historic environment consultants to undertake a review of the current evidence base for the historic environment in the borough, identify any areas for additional research, and make recommendations for inclusion of the historic environment in the Local Plan\.
