Description
Ofwat has two offices, Birmingham and London. The location where services are to be rendered is at our Birmingham office only at: Ofwat, Centre City Tower, 7 Hill Street, Birmingham, B5 4UA. Ofwat has circa 150 staff working from the Birmingham office, and occupies the 17th and 18th floors (circa 14,402 sq. ft.) of Centre City Tower in central Birmingham. Ofwat's office space is a combination of cellular and open plan workspace. The accommodation includes: • circa 146 workstations; • 2 tea points and kitchen surfaces; • two hot offices; • 7 meeting pods; • 3 break out collaborative areas; • Training/Workshop Room; • 4 copier recycling points; • 7 meeting rooms; • a prayer/rest room; • an IT build room; • a small mailroom area; • main kitchen, comfortable and quiet zone seating areas; • server room and storage area. The cleaning services required are described in the Schedule of Cleaning Services (Appendix A) within the ITT and the contract (Appendix B). The Contractor shall be responsible for the provision of all plant, equipment, consumables and cleaning materials necessary for the proper execution of the work. Any equipment required in the provision of the Services must be supplied by the Contractor and will remain the property of the Contractor.
