The Coal Authority are looking to appoint a suitably qualified & experienced planning consultant for a master planning and design requirement for the potential redevelopment of a c.40 Ha brownfield site with some heritage interest primarily for employment and recreation/leisure uses in the South East.

This could be the first part of a potential multistage planning project.
