NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board - Stockport locality is undertaking an exercise to procure a Framework Agreement for the Provision of GP Healthcare Cover Services for Discharge to Assess Facilities. This Market Engagement Questionnaire seeks the views and opinions of stakeholders and organisations that may be interested in delivering the Service to the proposals.

Expressions of interest are welcomed from suitably experienced Providers with either a GMS or PMS registration and a general practice registered in Stockport.
