East Suffolk Council is commissioning a Rough Sleeper Initiative service, providing a Mental Health Practitioner to work across and with a variety of services to support Rough Sleepers in the district and ultimately help reduce homelessness. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
