Description

The scope of the services are to provide dedicated capacity and capability to build a 'delivery planning, forecasting and tracking' model at pace.\r \r The model will be informed by various inputs, including the work undertaken to date on the NHDF Outline Business Case, the recently launched Tactical Single Pipeline (a list of all projects that Home England may choose to support through its housing programmes) and the Agency's emerging Investment Strategy.\r \r The outputs from the model will be used to inform Homes England Business Planning, Resource Planning and to allow multi-year dynamic forecasts to be prepared including contracted and modelled elements of the portfolio under different scenarios and policy lenses.
