## Description

ArdenGEM Commissioning Support Unit \(AGCSU\) is seeking to procure a single-entry portal 'well-being' product to support a proposed innovation offer to mental health and well-being services\. Our ambition is to support cohorts of patients who may benefit from a guided and supported approach to lifestyle changes to increase their well-being\. Mental health users often have poor overall health and can lack motivation to change\. Users will be issued with a 'licence' by an identified practitioner to enable them to access the system for twelve months\.
