Midland Heart is pleased to invite Contractors to tender for the procurement of a Asset Management, Compliance & Component Accounting System. The Contract is split into four (4) Lots, Contractors can bid for all Lots. Following evaluation of the compliant Tenders Midland Heart shall determine which profile of lot award demonstrates the most functional and economically advantageous outcome and which top ranked Contractor will be awarded each Lot. The contract will be split into the following lots: Lot 1 - Asset Management System, Compliance and Component Accounting System Lot 2 - Asset Management System Lot 3 - Compliance System/Modules Lot 4 - Component Accounting System/Modules
