Watford Borough Council \(the Council\) is inviting tenders for a multidisciplinary consultant team to carry out analysis and community and stakeholder engagement to inform and develop the Watford Town Centre Strategic Framework\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
