## Description

PLEASE NOTE THIS AN OPPORTUNITY NOTICE\. Rooftop Housing is responsible for the window cleaning in circa 50 different blocks predominantly made up of general needs blocks but also including a variety of types of supported housing schemes which have staff on site\. The sites are located across Worcestershire & Gloucestershire\. This contract is primarily for the cleaning of exterior windows; however, a number of locations will also require internal window cleaning\. Additionally, the service provider will also be required to complete a clean / clearance once per annum of all guttering to every applicable building\. The contract is for a period of 3 years with an option of an extension\. The contract value and start date is estimated\. The purpose of this opportunity is to alert the market of our intensions\.
