Responsive Repairs for Peabody Trust

Peabody Trust, following their merger with Family Mosaic in July 2017 are now looking for a comprehensive responsive repairs offering with prime contractors operating in various (geographically-determined) lots, to support the wide-ranging works that comprise responsive repairs amongst our 55,000 strong residences, in London and Essex . The ambition is to have this contract awarded by June 2019, with a go-live of October 2019. The responsive repairs service is to include general repairs and building works of the following trades and or services. This will comprise of but is not limited to:

•Windows & Doors - repair and replacement •Roofing - repairs and minor works •Gutter Clearance •Lower-level (non-notifiable) asbestos removal •Pest Control - baiting and proofing •Minor A&A Works •FRA (for the non M&E works) •Electrical Repairs •Carpentry •Plumbing •Painting and Plastering •Fencing •Groundworks & Drainage •Kitchen & Bathroom repairs and ad hoc renewals
