Packs in the Wood Refurbishment Works

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is looking for proposals from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the refurbishment of its 'Packs in the Wood' property. Initially, we are seeking to engage with the market and conduct site visits in order to ascertain what budget will be required to undertake the work. The opportunity will then be tendered. The building itself is Grade II listed, and contractors will need to have experience in working within this environment. There may also be some specialist trades required for completion of the works, most notably on the carpentry elements of the work. Site visits for interested contractors will be held on Wednesday 23rd October 2019.
