## Description

The purpose of the Organisational Review is to identify and realise opportunities to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency with which services are delivered and to ensure that these support the delivery of the University strategy and enable success in the coming years\. The tender will be separated into 3 distinct lots covering the potential service requirements for: Lot 1: Benchmarking Services Lot 2: Specialist Implementation Support Services Lot 3: Programme, Project and Change Management Support Services
