## Description

This is a one-off project to support transformational change on the way mental health services are offered across the partnership\. National i-THRIVE Programme to provide consultation and support to Cheshire East Council to support implementation of the THRIVE Framework for system change across Cheshire East\. iThrive is the only framework to enable providers across social care, education, health and third sector to agree and work by a shared language for mental health need and service thresholds\.
