## Description

The Council require support in recycling donated devices including diagnostic, repairs and data wiping and set up with Cloud Ready free OS in readiness for distributing to children and other residents to get online\. Initially we have 500 devices for recycling, however as an ongoing campaign, we anticipate more in future\.
