This market sounding questionnaire \(MSQ\) issued by London Councils in accordance with Regulation 40 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 seeks to obtain early market feedback in relation to the future procurement of services to support the Health Emergency Badge \(HEB\)\. This Early Market Engagement \(EME\) activity aims to gain insight into the potential for a new a case management system, as well as a new badge design, production, and distribution, from the market in order to understand the appetite, capacity and maturity in relation to this requirement\.
