PSF Lot 3 Mini Comp - Prioritised Capital Maintenance Programme

Cumbria County Council sought to appoint a Consultant to manage the delivery of planned maintenance works in its corporate buildings across Cumbria during 2018-19. Corporate buildings include but are not limited to offices, depots, care homes, residential homes, and day centres. Delivery will commence in early 2018 and be completed on site within the 2018/19 financial year. This was advertised and awarded via the Professional Services Framework.
