## Description

Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council \("the Council"\) is seeking to appoint two Professional Enforcement Agents, to undertake the collection of \(but not limited too\) Non-payment of Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates \(NNDR\), sundry debt, using the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation \(YPO\) 953 Enforcement Agency services Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) Framework under further competition conditions\. The Council, working as a single authority intends to maximise the collection of debts through the effective use of all available recovery options, to reduce the costs of collection and ensure high-quality Professional Enforcement Agents are provided\. The successful Service Provider\(s\) will be required to attend household and business addresses covering Basingstoke and the surrounding rural areas\.
