GLLEP AG Zone

An evidence base is required to feed into the wider economic needs assessment for the area in order to demonstrate the potential growth for the agri-tech sector within the proposed area to support future planning related to the Agricultural Growth Zone (AG Zone) confirmed by the Council. The AG Zone is quite a specialist concept, it is highly focused on developing research and innovation, and providing the ecosystem for this to happen rather than just providing concentrations of infrastructure.

1The Consultant, in providing this evidence base, shall support the phasing outlined above and the development of the concept (for clarity the phasing activity sits outside of this Agreement scope). The Consultant is expected to work closely with the steering group as notified by the Council comprising of members from Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership (GLLEP) and West Lindsey District Council (WLDC).
