Description

This contract is for the delivery of a service to enable adults recovering from mental health difficulties to develop or recover skills to maximise their independence, reduce their support needs and avoid the unnecessary use of more institutional forms of care. The service is for people with significant mental health needs who require support above that which might be provided to them via a Personal Budget.
