Durham County Council require a community outreach short break for an 9-year-old male in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham: 1:1 staffing; Week one 6 hours on Saturday, Week two 12 hours spilt over Saturday and Sunday, to alternate repeatedly over term time and school holidays; transport required.
