Highways Condition Surveys and Asset Management Software

Description

The Authority currently has a need for the following three service workstreams: (1) Condition surveys of our carriageways and footways across the entire City. These are done by a modified vehicle driving the highway network, using high-res cameras to get the images. The images are then inspected by asset management staff to determine levels of degradation. (2) Software for us to access the visual condition surveys (the surveys are in video and high-resolution image format). (3) A mapping system to enable the Authority to get a high-level view of where the problems are - and to plan maintenance across the network.
