## Description

Cornwall Council and the Council of the Isles of Scilly have statutory responsibilities to commission an independent adult advocacy service to meet the needs of the people of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly\. The adults advocacy service will deliver non-statutory community and specialist advocacy, as well as statutory independent advocacy and will also offer training on advocacy principles to the health, social care and voluntary and community sectors\.
