## Description

The Council seeks to engage with a Quantity Surveyor to work alongside our Multi-Discipline lead consultant to develop, design and manage the delivery of the project to bring forward the site as - The Highest External Climbing Wall in the Country - along with a roof top \(and top floor\) bar / restaurant / café space - with ancillary spaces in the rest of the Silo for further leisure-based activities\. Additional information: IBC is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to manage costs, produce tender pricing documents, advise on contract selection, draw up the contract, undertake valuations, certification of payments and final account negotiations on behalf of IBC\.
