## Description

Consultancy support for the renewal of Torus' standard housetype range\. The main objective of this contract is to reduce the number of core housetypes from 30 to a range of between 10-15 and ensure that they are designed in line with Future Homes Standard 2025 and with the option of achieving Net Zero Carbon\.
