## Description

Dorset Council has a duty to ensure there is a sufficient range of short break services available to meet the assessed needs of disabled children and their carers in the county and therefore, sought Providers to provide individual care and support to children and young people who are disabled and/or who have mental health and emotional wellbeing needs\. This includes: • care in the home, • support in the community, • short breaks, • contact supervision\.
