VARIATION: Post Office Limited's Senior Executive Renumeration

THIS IS NOT A NEW AWARDED CONTRACT. THIS NOTICE IS FOR THE VARIATION OF AN EXISTING CONTRACT. After conducting the review of the governance in relation to Post Office Limited's decisions regarding senior executive remuneration, Simmons & Simmons will produce a report setting out our findings in relation to these matters. Where issues are identified, the report will make recommendations for improvements. A variation to the overall contract value was required under Public Contracts Regulation 72(c). The contract value was increased by £50,000 (excluding VAT). Previous Contract value: £244,637.40. New Contract value: £294,637.40
