Work description
To prepare a design and specification to RIBA Stage 4 for a new lift installation at Leeds Conservatoire. Then subject to availability of funds, as a second stage, RIBA Stage 5 to progress the design and specification and project manage the procurement and installation of the new lift and associated building, mechanical and electrical works
