Town Hall and Assembly Hall Theatre roofing works

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to procure a roofing system(s) for all roofs at the Town Hall and Assembly Hall Theatre. The system(s) provided must be produced entirely by one manufacturer and must be fully guaranteed (workmanship and materials) for a minimum of 15 years. The roofing system must meet current Broof(t4) European standards for fire safety. Associated building work must be designed into the scheme in order to make all roofs completely impermeable. All interested contractors are expected to visit the Town Hall in order to assess all necessary waterproofing elements of the roofs, including but not exclusive to roof coverings, glazed lanterns asphalt condition, condition of and access to rainwater goods, parapet walls, coping stones etc. Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement Tender release: Thursday 15 October 2020 Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm Thursday 12 November 2020 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Thursday 19 November 2020 Evaluation: w/c 23 November 2020 Appointment of contractor: w/c 30 November 2020
